Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $8.99 for standard delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are not able to process orders outside of the US. Please check back in the future, as this decision is currently being reviewed.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return the item post marked within 5 days after the delivery date and we will credit the card used for the purchase. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the original packaging and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Unfortunately if you are outside of the 10 day return policy, we can not offer a refund. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned unless the return is due to our error.
Please Note: PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
We will not be responsible for lost return packages, we recommend using a shipping method that has tracking capabilities.
Please allow 2 weeks from date of receipt for processing returns and issuing credits.
Damaged product? Please send photographs of the following within 3 business days:
- Photo of the damaged item.
- Photo of the packaging box including packing materials.
Please allow us 3 business days for processing claims on damaged items.
